Terms & Conditions:
1.This Agreement is between the administration of iadorepantyhose.com and the model.
2.Iadorepantyhose.com Management hereby declare and confirm that all data, pictures, videos, addresses, contacts numbers, real names of the Models will be a top secret, protected and cannot be used for advertising, selling, sharing with any other websites, clients without Model writing agreement.
3.Iadorepantyhose.com and Models agreed on the following basis:
a.Iadorepantyhose.com purchase sets of pictures or videos from Model on a specific rate and Model should sign a release (Check release agreement below):

In consideration of my engagement as a model, with consideration of the sum of USD ________, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant to you forever, your assignees, licensees and legal representatives and their assignees and licensees, including, without imitations those for whom you are acting and those acting with your authority and permission, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to copyright, use and re-use, all photographs, drawings, film, video tape and graphic representations of any kind, of me or in which I may be included, whether in whole or in part, and whether as a composite picture or distorted in character or form, without restriction of any kind.
This grant shall also include the right to change or alter, from time to time, all such photographs, drawings, video tape and graphic representations of any kind, whether I’m conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or whether made through any media or process at my studios or elsewhere for art, advertising, trade, promotion or any other purpose whatsoever, whether in print or otherwise, with or without a “story line” or caption material.
 I understand and agree that such “story line” or caption material may have broad “literary license” to the effect  that the “ story line” or caption material may not be factually accurate, and may depict me in a manner which may suggest unchastely or other behavior which may cause me embarrassment, shame, or other distress.
Regardless of that fact, I freely grant this release and use of such “story lines" and captions.
I hereby waive any and all right which I may to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter or any other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
 I hereby release, discharge and agree to defend and save harmless, you, your legal representatives, licensees and assignees, and all parties acting under your permission or with authority from you those for whom you are acting from any liability of whatsoever kind, by reason of any distortion, alteration, blurring optical illusion, changes in composite or other form, whether international or not, which may occur or be produced in the making of said photograph or is any processing thereof as well as any publication thereof even though it may subject me to humiliation , ridicule, scandal or any other indignity of whatsoever kind.
 I certify that lam an independent contractor, and I agree and understand that I will be paid a „gross amount" for my service; that I am fully responsible for any and all taxes and liabilities pertaining to me and my compensation for this job. I am responsible for my own insurance and other benefits.
I have been given an opportunity to read this agreement, and it has been suggested to me that I review it with legal counsel. I certify that I have. Either done so, or do not wish to do so.
I have been given a copy of this agreement
This agreement represents the entire agreement written or oral.
 I further certify that I am off till legal age, and I am under no legal disability to enter into this agreement.
              
b.Iadorepantyhose.com Administration and Model agreed to post pictures, movies for free basis and get a profit of 40% from the membership fees on monthly basis and attached with a full statement of account for all transactions made provided by iadorepantyhose.com.
c.All pictures and videos will be an exclusive property for iadorepantyhose.com and using models pictures, posting, selling, sharing from Model will broke any agreements between iadorepantyhose.com and the Model.
d.The Model has the right to stop her activity with iadorepantyhose.com by sending a closing business signed to admin@iadorepantyhose.com
e.The communication between iadorepantyhose.com and the Model will be always by email: admin@iadorepantyhose.com , receiving an email from other address to any Model will be fake, spam.
